Chloe Turns One

It’s so surreal that my baby is one! Chloe has had a wonderful first year, adding liveliness and laughter to our family. Her outgoing, adventurous nature and fearless attitude charm everyone she meets. The bond she shares with her sister is so precious. They love to cuddle, hold hands, crack each other up until they pass out during our ‘slumber parties’ and generally get into all sorts of innocent trouble.

This little princess started walking at ten months, has four teeth, and her first word was Dada. Her personal favorite words are “go go go!” and “tk-tk-tk” for tickle tickle tickle. She also says Belle Belle for big sis, nom nom, no no no, woah!, book, and adds new surprises daily. Interestingly, she learned to say “Jin” for hubby’s best friend before she said mama. I’m not jealous or anything.

She finds throwing her food hilarious, enjoys a game of peekaboo, and wants to do everything herself - especially if big sister does it. She’s strong-willed, loud, funny, and a Grade A cuddler.

Chloe Bear, you light up our lives and keep us young. I’m so thankful you’re my babe.
